Guarantee

IActive provides a regular updates service which logs any deviations which might occur.

There are two types of guarantee:

GUARANTEE
  • Correction of bugs
  • New updates
  • 24 months from the date of acquisition of the license
EXTENDED GUARANTEE
  • Correction of bugs
  • New updates
  • 24 months from the date of completion of the product guarantee
